Tank cleaner

B‑SOLVED Tank Cleaner

The B‑SOLVED Tank Cleaner liquefies and re‑emulsifies solidified or separated asphalts in storage and equipment tanks.

When cleaning storage tanks, a distributor truck is utilized for the external heat and agitation. When the process is complete, the distributor will be cleaned by default.

Once the cleaning is complete, the mixture can typically be repurposed as a form of dust control. It can be used on a road-approved surface, to rejuvenate RAP, etc. The tank(s) will have a non-ionic charge.

Most maintenance cleanings can be done in 1 to 3 days, depending on the asphalt and the tank. For full tank recovery cleanings, which is when the tanks cannot be used due to the asphalt, it could take more days. Each tank cleaning is specific to that tank, the equipment available and the condition and amount of asphalt inside of the tank.
